Photo: Tim Elka\u00efm<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span>Founded in 2007 by Christophe Boutin and M\u00e9lanie Scarciglia with Maddalena Quarta overseeing the productions, the Paris-based Three Star Books publishes books and editions for the finest contemporary artists. With the principle, \u201cThe Artist is Everything\u201d in mind, their artbooks and editions truly are pieces of contemporary art in the form of a \u201cbook.\u201d To them, the definition of a book is constantly changing, and the term \u201cArtist book\u201d is only loosely interpreted to avoid the possible conceptual and physical constraints for the realization of their final product. The publications, made as close as possible to the artists\u2019 visions, are shaped with diverse techniques derived from their accumulated know-how. Such books that have resulted from the exploration of boundless possibilities mesmerize the audience.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span>At TABF this year, Rafa\u00ebl Rozendaal\u2019s painting will be daringly displayed as an installation, turning the exhibition space into an art piece.
