TABF exhibitor booth section is divided into the below four areas. Each booth area has different application criteria; please apply for the booth area that suits you best.
We may not be able to accommodate your requested wall.

EXHIBITION SPACE (B2)

These booths are for publishers, galleries, bookshops, firms, artists, groups, and other exhibitors displaying their wares in the Exhibition Space area.
We will be prioritizing entities regularly publishing new printed matters and works to exhibit in this area.
The table size varies depending on whether a wall is included or not.

ENTRANCE (1F)

These booths are for publishers, galleries, bookshops, firms, artists, and groups exhibiting in the Entrance Area.
We recommend this area for those who are new to the art publishing space and for small-scale groups.

ZINE’S MATE SECTION

These booths are geared for individual artists, zinemakers, and small-scale publishing firms.
We actively encourage first-timers to select this Area.
Due to space limitations, there is a limit to the number of people who can stay in a booth at the same time: 2 people for a 1,500 x 450 mm table and 1 person for a 900 x 450 mm table. If you wish to have more than one person in your booth, please make arrangements for shifts and be considerate of the booths and lines of flow around you.

If you have any preference regarding the position of your table within the fair or have any other comments, requests, or feedback, you can detail them here.

　
During the Fair

・TABF staff will be in charge of positioning the booths within the Fair space.
・All exhibitors are required to have at least one staff member attending their booth at all times during the duration of the Fair.
・We are, in principle, unable to lend any power outlets for exhibitor booths. Thank you for your understanding.
・There will be no power outlets for cash registers or other payment devices. Please bring your own safebox and have adequate change with you for the Fair.
・TABF cannot be held accountable for any theft or damages caused by exhibitors during the fair period.
