TABF is a special opportunity where creators involved in publishing activities from across the world come together in one place.
For Week 2, we expect participants from approximately 25 countries and around 280 exhibitors.
To further support exchange among participants, we are pleased to announce that TABF 2025 will host two networking gatherings for exhibitors and staff.
① GATHERING NIGHT
Date: Saturday, December 20, 18:30–20:30
Location: All TABF venues, except the OUTDOOR LOUNGE and SUNKEN LOUNGE
< Participation Requirements >
・The gathering will begin only after all visitors have fully exited the venue, following the 18:00 closing.
・Only those wearing an Exhibitor Pass or Gathering Pass may attend. No entry for those not listed above.
・Gathering Pass distribution starts from 18:15 at the Exhibitor Check-in desk (Main Entrance).

1. Pick up your cards
You will find eight cards of the same type (T / A / B / F) placed on your table.
2. Write your exhibitor name
Please write your exhibitor name on the cards you receive.
3. Trade and collect all four types
Exchange cards with other exhibitors and staff members to complete the full set of four!
4. Claim your drink ticket
Once you collect all four types, go to 1F INFO to exchange them for a drink ticket.
Then head to Sandwich on the Second Floor and enjoy your drink! 🍷
< Food and Drinks >
・If you complete the game, you can enjoy a free glass of wine or a soft drink at “SANDWICH UPSTAIRS.” If you prefer not to join the game, drinks will be available for 500 yen. Please note that the offer will end once we’ve handed out all 700 servings. Meals will not be provided.
・You can enjoy food and drinks only in the following areas: the indoor/outdoor areas of "SANDWICH UPSTAIRS” and the outdoor COURTYARD on 1F, by the Museum Shop. Eating and drinking are not allowed in any other areas.
・Please note that during the gathering, the OUTDOOR LOUNGE and SUNKEN LOUNGE will be closed.

This is not an event for sales - it is a special time dedicated for exhibitors to meet and interact with one another.
Please take responsibility for your valuables.
If leaving your booth, please secure your items (e.g., cover the booth with cloth).
Lockers cannot be used overnight.
The entire venue is non-smoking.
② COFFEE GATHERING
Date: Sunday, December 21, 10:30–11:00
Location: SUNKEN LOUNGE (B2F, outdoor plaza)
Coffee provided by: L Pack.
Please join us for a cup of complimentary coffee offered by the TABF team on the morning of Day 3!
This is our third year hosting the COFFEE GATHERING. We hope it gives you a moment to step away from your booth and relax with fellow exhibitors over delicious coffee from L Pack.
Although we all usually work in different places, we sincerely hope that the connections formed at these gatherings will spark new friendships, ideas, and collaborations.
