TABF is a special opportunity where creators involved in publishing activities from across the world come together in one place.<\/p>\n
For Week 2, we expect participants from approximately 25 countries and around 280 exhibitors.<\/p>\n
To further support exchange among participants, we are pleased to announce that TABF 2025 will host two networking gatherings for exhibitors and staff.<\/p>\n

\u3000Date: Saturday<\/span>, December 20<\/span>, 18:30\u201320:30\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u3000Location: All TABF venues, except the OUTDOOR LOUNGE and SUNKEN LOUNGE<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n < Participation Requirements ><\/b><\/p>\n \u30fbThe gathering will begin only after all visitors have fully exited the venue, following the 18:00 closing.<\/span><\/p>\n \u30fbOnly those wearing an <\/span>Exhibitor Pass<\/b> or <\/span>Gathering Pass<\/b> may attend. No entry for those not listed above.<\/span><\/p>\n \u30fbGathering Pass distribution starts from 18:15 at the Exhibitor Check-in desk (Main Entrance).<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n < TABF Card Game ><\/b><\/p>\n 1. Pick up your cards <\/p>\n 2. Write your exhibitor name <\/p>\n 3. Trade and collect all four types <\/p>\n 4. Claim your drink ticket <\/p>\n < Food and Drinks ><\/strong><\/p>\n \u30fbIf you complete the game, you can enjoy a free glass of wine or a soft drink at \u201cSANDWICH UPSTAIRS.\u201d If you prefer not to join the game, drinks will be available for 500 yen. Please note that the offer will end once we\u2019ve handed out all 700 servings. Meals will not be provided.<\/p>\n \u30fbYou can enjoy food and drinks only in the following areas: the indoor\/outdoor areas of \"SANDWICH UPSTAIRS\u201d and the outdoor COURTYARD on 1F, by the Museum Shop. \nPlease write your exhibitor name on the cards you receive.<\/p>\n
\nExchange cards with other exhibitors and staff members to complete the full set of four!<\/p>\n
\nOnce you collect all four types, go to 1F INFO to exchange them for a drink ticket.
\nThen head to Sandwich on the Second Floor and enjoy your drink! \ud83c\udf77<\/p>\n

\nThis is not an event for sales - it is a special time dedicated for exhibitors to meet and interact with one another.

\nLockers cannot be used overnight.
