Check-in Procedure<\/b><\/span>
\n<\/b><\/span>(1) Proceed to the reception desk.<\/span><\/p>\n

Entering from the main entrance: Front Reception Desk<\/span>
\n<\/span>Entering from the parking: 1F, in front of the Museum Shop<\/span>
\n<\/span><\/span>(2) Provide your exhibitor name.<\/span>
\n<\/span>(3) You will receive your floor map and exhibitor passes (up to 3 passes).<\/span>
\n<\/span>*All exhibitors must ensure their passes are <\/span>visibly<\/b> worn at all times while at the venue during install, fair hours, and de-install. If your staff count exceeds the maximum of 3 passes, please make your own time arrangements.<\/span>
\n<\/span>(4) Go to your respective booth and begin your set-up!<\/span>
\n<\/span>*Any pre-shipped packages will have been distributed to each exhibitor's booth.<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>Important Notes<\/b><\/span>
\n<\/b>*The venue is expected to be congested during install and de-install. Please allow plenty of time for your arrival.<\/span>
\n<\/span>*If using your own trolleys and suitcases when unloading and loading, please clean their wheels at the entrance before entering the venue.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

*During install, please note that the number of rental trolleys and stepladders is limited, and there may be a wait.<\/span>
\n<\/span>*Please return equipment lent by TABF (trolleys, step ladders) promptly after use to their designated locations. Sub-lending is prohibited.<\/span>
\n<\/span>*We do not have space to store packing materials or empty boxes. Please manage all such items within your own booth.<\/span>
\n<\/span>*All garbage generated during the fair must be taken home by the exhibitor.<\/span>
\n<\/span>*For recyclable waste (cardboard, packaging materials such as bubble wrap), please bring them to the main entrance on the last day.<\/span>
