For particular apparatuses (e.g. large items), you must contact TABF in advance. If we are not notified beforehand, you will not be permitted to bring the items into the venue on the day of the fair. Furthermore, if the items differ from the pre-notified details, they may be removed.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">*TABF Management Office bears no responsibility for any damages incurred by or resulting from self-brought fixtures or other apparatuses. Please bring and use them under the exhibitor's own management and responsibility.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>*Exhibitors are strictly forbidden from bringing fresh flowers, plants, dirt, animals, raw food, or any other raw\/live articles (including rubbish) into the venue.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">*The width between booths is set to allow pathways for smooth movement.
