Schedule<\/b><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Week 2: December 21st 18:00-19:00<\/span><\/p>\n

*Please ensure all wares are completely carried out of the venue by 19:00 on December 21st.<\/b><\/p>\n

*Ensure to restore your booth space to its original state before leaving. Please remove all items from the wallspace, including cut-out stickers, tape, and screws.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Unloading<\/b><\/span>
\n<\/b>\u25cf Carry by hand<\/b>
\n<\/b>If you are taking your wares home by hand, please exit the venue directly.<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u25cf Shipping<\/b>
\n<\/b>(1) Yamato Transport cash-on-delivery slips will be available at each information counter. Please come pick them up if needed.<\/span>
\n<\/span>(2) Make sure your packed boxes are securely sealed with tape.<\/span>
\n<\/span>(3) Attach the filled-in delivery slips to your packed boxes. \u3000<\/span>
\n<\/span>(4) Bring your packages to the designated location on each floor. The exact location will be announced on the day.<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u25bc Important notes regarding shipping<\/b><\/span>
\n<\/b>*We can only accept shipments with cash-on-delivery slip \u2012 Other shipping methods are not accepted.<\/span>
\n<\/span>*Please keep your own record of tracking\/delivery slip numbers for your reference.<\/span>
\n<\/span>*International shipping is not available.<\/span>
\n<\/span>*You cannot specify the arrival date for your packages. Collection will be after the fair ends.<\/span>
\n<\/span>*The maximum size for shipping via Yamato Transport is a total of 200 cm (length + width + height) and a weight of 30kg. Items exceeding these limits CANNOT be shipped.<\/span>
\n<\/span>*All unsold books must be taken home by the exhibitor. <\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u25cf By Vehicle<\/b>
\n<\/b>*If you plan to use a vehicle for loading without using the parking lot, do not park on surrounding streets.<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>Other Important Notes<\/b><\/span>
\n<\/b>*Do not make inquiries regarding shipped items to the Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo (venue) .<\/span>
