During the Fair
・The TABF staff will be in charge of positioning the booths within the Fair space.
・All exhibitors are required to have at least one staff member attending their booth at all times during the duration of the Fair.
・We are, in principle, unable to lend or provide any energy outlets for exhibitor booths. Please make arrangements with this fact in mind.
・There will be no power outlets for cash registers or other payment devices. Please bring your own safebox and have adequate change with you for the Fair.
・There will be free WiFi available at the Fair venue, though be aware that there is a limit to how many devices can connect to the network at a time. Those hoping to process credit card payments should arrange to get their own mobile WiFi router or use their smartphone’s tethering device to allow for a smooth payment process.
・The TABF and fair staff cannot be held accountable or responsible for any theft or damages caused by exhibitors during the fair period.
