Admission: ¥1,000 (Tax included / tickets must be purchased in advance)

Important Notes for Exhibitors

  • The TABF exhibitor booth section is divided into four different areas. Each booth area has different application criteria; please apply for the booth area that is best suited for you.
  • For this year’s TABF, preference will be given to applications by entities who are actively publishing new works or are taking new, experimental approaches in their practices. In the “Your Work and What You Do” located in the application form, please detail your entity’s primary activities and accolades onward from 2020.
  • The publications and/or printed editions to be presented at the fair must be related to art. You may also include items such as T-shirts and stickers for sale. 
  • You must perform the loading and unloading of your own wares. Your booth must be attended by you or your staff members at all times through the duration of the Fair.
    (Exhibitors that wish to exhibit as a collective or organization are welcome to do so, but note that we may be required to set a maximum limit for the number of staff attending a single booth at a certain time)
  • Exhibitors based outside of Japan are welcome to apply for this year’s TABF.
  • Exhibitors must be willing to assist in measures intending to prevent the spread of Covid-19. We will alert exhibitors of specific Covid countermeasures at a later date.

Deadlines and Participation Confirmation

  • The deadline to apply for a booth is by the end of day July 22 (Fr), 2022, JST. Applicants will be notified by early August regarding application results.
  • Payment must be made by the deadline. Your participation will be voided if you fail to meet the designated payment date.
  • Participants will be notified of the payment deadline and payment options at a later date.

Policy Regarding Postponement/Cancellation of Fair

Should there be any changes, postponement, or cancellation to the Fair due to Covid-19, we will notify parties of such by way of our website and official social media channels.

  • In the event that we receive a large number of applications, we will employ a selection process to decide upon the final exhibitor pool.
  • Making an application does not guarantee your participation in the TABF.
  • • Please do not publicly announce your participation in the Fair until after you receive our official notice of participation via email.
  • • The Fair committee will select the final pool of participants based on information provided in your application – including images, texts and websites. In order to ensure a fair and proper screening process, please provide information that is both up-to-date and accurate.
  • • Please be aware that the fair committee will not respond to any inquiries regarding application or selection results.
