At this year’s TOKYO ART BOOK FAIR, Italy will be celebrated as the Guest Country. In the PLAYGROUND area, where this workshop will take place, we will also host a special exhibition on the beloved Italian designer Bruno Munari.

In the workshop led by artist Audrey Fondecave, children will take inspiration from Munari’s Discovery of Shapes series (The Discovery of the Square, The Discovery of the Circle, and The Discovery of the Triangle). Together, they will look for shapes in everyday objects, share stories, and draw pictures. At the end, everyone will make their own original book, bound with a ring, to take home.
