Booths
(1) Make sure to have at least one staff stationed at your booth at all times during the fair’s opening hours.
(2) Remember to bring all necessary equipment you will need at the fair (lockbox, change, calculator, shopping bags, writing utensils, etc.)
(3) TABF will bear no responsibility for any theft, damages, or losses incurred at the fair.
(4) No power plugs are available at the venue. Refrain from using any cash registers that need to be plugged into an outlet and make sure to have spare change available. We will be unable to break any changes at the venue.
(5) TABF will be welcoming a wide variety of exhibitors, however, space is limited. In order for all fair-comers to enjoy their time, please make sure to pay consideration to your neighboring booths.
(6) Make sure that your booth do not interfere with the surrounding booths and that you do not obstruct the set pathways.
(7) Exhibit your wares and conduct your sales activities within the confines of your designated space.
(8) When inside the venue or re-entering the venue, you must have your exhibitor’s pass (provided at exhibitor check-in) on and visible. TABF staff may ask you to put on your pass should you not have them on inside the venue.
(9) Visitors are strictly prohibited from bringing any plants, dirt, animals, raw food ingredients, or other raw or live articles (including rubbish) into the venue. TABF will have to confiscate said items should they be found in the museum.
Visiting the Venue via Car
The venue has underground parking. If you wish to use it for unloading, please read the details on "Vehicle Unloading" thoroughly and submit the dedicated form beforehand. Please note that road side parking in the vicinity of the venue is strictly prohibited.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in all areas of the venue premises, including outdoor spaces. No smoking spaces are available within the venue.
Food and Drinks
Due to regulations set in place by the museum, guests may not eat or drink any food or drinks within the venue aside from colorless beverages (such as water or additive-free carbonated water). Those wishing to eat or drink any other food or beverages may do so only within specified spaces or designated restaurants in the museum. TABF staff will have to confiscate any food or drinks brought into the venue that does not fit the above requirements.
Losses and Damages
Please be aware that TABF may be forced to bill for repair or compensation should there be any significant damage or loss to equipment that TABF has lent out to exhibitors.
Other Notes
(1) We ask that exhibitors take all garbage home with them. We will collect any unneeded cardboard and packing materials (such as bubble wraps) on the last day at the entrance.
(2) Air-conditioning is installed in the lower part of some walls in the venue. Placing luggage along the walls may reduce the effectiveness of air-conditioning. Please avoid leaving luggage beside the walls and store them under the booths.
(3) If TABF sees that the rules in the guideline are not respected, your future applications for TABF will not be considered.
