Week 1: December 14th 18:00-19:00
*Please ensure all wares are completely carried out of the venue by 19:00 on December 14th.
*Ensure to restore your booth space to its original state before leaving. Please remove all items from the wallspace, including cut-out stickers, tape, and screws.
Unloading
● Carry by hand
If you are taking your wares home by hand, please exit the venue directly.
● Shipping
(1) Yamato Transport cash-on-delivery slips will be available at each information counter. Please come pick them up if needed.
(2) Make sure your packed boxes are securely sealed with tape.
(3) Attach the filled-in delivery slips to your packed boxes.
(4) Bring your packages to the designated location on each floor. The exact location will be announced on the day.
▼ Important notes regarding shipping
*We can only accept shipments with cash-on-delivery slip ‒ Other shipping methods are not accepted.
*Please keep your own record of tracking/delivery slip numbers for your reference.
*International shipping is not available.
*You cannot specify the arrival date for your packages. Collection will be after the fair ends.
*The maximum size for shipping via Yamato Transport is a total of 200 cm (length + width + height) and a weight of 30kg. Items exceeding these limits CANNOT be shipped.
*All unsold books must be taken home by the exhibitor.
● By Vehicle
*If you plan to use a vehicle for loading without using the parking lot, do not park on surrounding streets.
Other Important Notes
*Do not make inquiries regarding shipped items to the Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo (venue) .
