Booths
(1) Ensure at least one staff member is present at your booth during all fair opening hours.
(2) Please remember to bring all necessary items (e.g., lockbox, calculator, shopping bags, writing materials).
(3) TABF is not responsible for any theft, damages, or loss that occurs during the fair.
(4) No power outlets are available for use.
(5) Please prepare sufficient change in advance. No currency exchange services are available at the venue.
(6) Space is limited. Please be considerate of neighboring exhibitors to ensure a pleasant experience for all participants. Do not intrude on other booths or block walkways by gathering around your booth. All display and sales activities must remain within your designated booth space.
(7) Exhibitor passes, distributed at check-in, must be worn at all times when inside, entering, or re-entering the venue. You will be asked to wear it if it’s not visible.
(8) Visitors are strictly prohibited from bringing fresh flowers, dried flowers, plants,soil, animals, raw food, or any other raw/live articles (including garbage) into the venue (We also prohibit artificial flowers, food models, and other items that may be indistinguishable from organic materials).
Entry and Exit Visiting the Venue by Car
The venue has underground parking. If you wish to use it for unloading, please read the "Use of Vehicles" guide carefully.
Roadside parking in the vicinity of the venue is strictly prohibited.
Smoking
The entire venue is non-smoking, including outdoor spaces. There are no designated smoking areas.
The nearest smoking area is located within Kiba Park.
Food and Drinks
Due to museum regulations, only colorless beverages (e.g., water, additive-free carbonated water) are permitted inside the venue. Other food and drinks are restricted to the on-site cafe, restaurant, and designated areas. TABF staff will confiscate any food or drinks that do not comply with this rule.
Damage and Loss
Please be aware that you may be charged for repair costs if you cause significant damage to the venue or to any equipment lent to you by TABF. Thank you for your understanding.
Other Notes
(1) Exhibitors are required to take all trash generated during the fair with them. Cardboard and other recyclables (e.g., bubble wrap) should be brought to the designated area near the entrance on the final day
(2) Lockers are available for use within the museum, but please do not store money in them. The security staff checks the lockers daily and removes the contents.
(3) Air-conditioning units are installed in the lower part of some walls and placing luggage along the walls can block airflow. Avoid placing items along the walls, and store them under your table instead whenever possible.
(4) Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in your future TABF applications not being considered.
