Established in 2006, the name ‘waterfall’ has been activated for over a decade. It’s an online magazine, a platform, a journal, a gig, a publishing house and an exhibition. The founder of waterfall and dmp editions, Shauba Chang, is going to share her exploration on the space between being an artist, an editor and a publisher. Furthermore, with the newly founded project ‘dmp editions’, she will talk about the possibility of a circulated publication.

Founder and Chief Editor, waterfall, initially an online project-turned publishing house/design studio, along with a six-issue-only magazine project NOT TODAY. In late 2016 Chang started ‘dmp editions’ with artist didi as an alternative publishing project. She has been practising art through exhibitions, pop-up events, and publications.
dmp editions
It’s a multi-task project involving publishing, curating, art direction, making artworks, eating and napping. Working on publications that are based on the artists’ central practice, their working methods and thoughts, yet deviated as a mutation. It’s a project hosted by Shauba Chang and didi, both currently lives and works between Taipei and internet. @dmp.editions
