For 2022, the TOKYO ART BOOK FAIR will unfold over a four day period spanning from Thursday, October 28 until Sunday, October 31st at the Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo. We will again be hosting Guest Country, an initiative exploring the publishing culture of a certain region, at the 2022 TABF; this year’s Guest Country will center around France.
We continue to explore how to best realize the art book fair in response to the times – seeking not only to reclaim the normalcy of the past, but to also actively embrace change and the new.
We are now accepting applications for TOKYO ART BOOK FAIR 2022. The submission deadline is Friday, July 22nd at 23:59 JST. Please submit your application via the form.
We’re looking for creators of unique art books, spanning from publishers, artists, galleries, and booksellers from both Japan and abroad, to join us at the fair. We hope you will apply to join us for another year of festivities at the TABF.
