*You may bring in shelves and fixtures for use on tabletops or wall surfaces (for exhibitors with wallspace only), but ensure that you take the safety of other exhibitors and visitors into consideration and do not exceed the provided booth size. For particular apparatuses (e.g. large items), you must contact TABF in advance. If we are not notified beforehand, you will not be permitted to bring the items into the venue on the day of the fair. Furthermore, if the items differ from the pre-notified details, they may be removed.
*TABF Management Office bears no responsibility for any damages incurred by or resulting from self-brought fixtures or other apparatuses. Please bring and use them under the exhibitor's own management and responsibility.
*Exhibitors are strictly forbidden from bringing fresh flowers, plants, dirt, animals, raw food, or any other raw/live articles (including rubbish) into the venue.
*The width between booths is set to allow pathways for smooth movement. Please ensure you do not block pathways or cause inconvenience to surrounding booths.
*In case of significant damage to the venue or items loaned by TABF, you may be charged for repair costs. Thank you for your understanding.
