Temporary Parking
・Only temporary stops for install are permitted. After unloading, please move your vehicle immediately.
・The ground-level parking in the premise is not available for use.
・Driver must always remain in your vehicle for temporary stops.
・If you do not have someone else to unload/transport your items while you remain with the vehicle, please use the underground parking or a nearby public parking to avoid prolonged stops and inconvenience to others.
・For unloading by vehicles, follow the instructions from the guiding staff.
・If parking is required, please use the underground parking at the venue or at nearby public parking.
・Street parking in front of the venue is strictly prohibitedExhibitors are strictly forbidden from roadside parking in front of the venue.
・Do not queue in areas lined up near crossings and any other places that may obstruct traffic, such as near crossings.
・Congestion is expected during install. Depending on the time, temporary stops may not be possible. Please arrive with enough time.
Enter the premises from Mitsume Dori Ave., make a temporary stop in the rotary parking area to unload your items, and then promptly move your vehicle.Please refer to the map below for the unloading route.
Using Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo (MOT) Underground Parking
*Parking fee: 300 JPY/hour https://www.mot-art-museum.jp/guide/access/
*Limited availability: Spaces are limited. If the lot is full, please use a nearby public parking lot.
*Not 24-hour operation: You must exit the parking lot by the closing time on the same day. Leaving your vehicle overnight is strictly prohibited.
*Street parking in the vicinity of the venue is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized vehicle or bicycle parking may be towed or reported to the police. Neither the venue nor TABF can be held responsible for any damages or related incidents.
*Important: If you are considering using the underground parking to park your vehicle and unload your wares, please read the following notes carefully.
1. When unloading and loading, you must print out the separately provided sheet labeled “TABF2025 Exhibitor Vehicle Permit,” fill in your Exhibitor Name, and display it on your front windshield while parked.

Exhibitors using the underground parking must print out the above permit label (provided separately), fill in Exhibitor’s Name, and bring it with you.
If you forget this sheet, you will not be able to use the underground parking during the following times:
Week 1:
December 10th 16:00-19:00
December 11st-14th outside general opening hours
Exhibitor check-in time at the underground parking is different depending on the day. Please check the schedule above.
2. Please enter through the Mitsume Dori Ave. entrance.
3. Upon parking your vehicle, enter the venue directly from the parking lot, and be sure to complete exhibitor check-in at the reception desk in front of the 1F museum shop to receive your exhibitor passes.
